A little late, but we took the Jags to beat up the Jets at the Meadowlands on Thursday night. Jax+2.5 was the pick!
Thursday Night Record: 4-13
Picks in bold below this week. Dealing with some stomach challenges that leads to a short post this week.
Week 14 Record: 3-10
Season Record: 92-111-04
What does Las Vegas know to make the Lions a two-point favourite at home against the 10-2 Minnesota Vikings? We got burned on something similar a few weeks back when the Cowboys and Vikings locked horns. Going to side with Vegas and take the Lions!
Week 13 Record: 7-8
Season Record: 89-101-4
We’ve won on back-to-back Thursday nights! Great success! Let’s keep the streak alive tonight.
Raiders have won three games in a row, largely on the backs of Davante Adams and Josh Jacobs. Might have an outside shot at the playoffs if they can win a bunch down the home stretch, but not likely. They still have games against the 49ers and Chiefs, but KC might be sitting guys in the final week with nothing to play for, while the 49ers might have signed the local high school QB by then. Dare to dream Raider nation!
On the other hand, Rams have nothing to play for at this point. Kupp and Stafford are done for the season and the defense can only stay on the field so long before teams start to break them down. I can only imagine how hard it must be to keep those motivation levels up for the vets that just want to turn the page onto next season and avoid a major injury.
Raiders have something to play for and should be the much, much hungrier team. Taking the Raiders as a 6 point road favourite against the defending Super Bowl Champs! Like you, we didn’t think we would be writing that season either this season.
Thursday Night Season Record: 4-11
Here are the picks for this week in bold below.
Week 12 Record: 6-10
Season Record: 82-93-4
Guess what? We finally won another Thursday night game last week. There were three games, so we were bound to win one. Thank you Daniel Jones and the G-Men for scoring a TD on the final play of the game to cover the spread. Love it!
Bills are better than the Patriots. Simple as that.
Taking the Bills and Bills mafia to cover as a 4-point favourite in Foxborough.
Thursday night season record: 3-11
