A number of interesting games this week, with the Steelers visiting the Eagles, Buffalo travelling to Detroit, and the Browns hosting the Chiefs. Speaking of them Chiefs – not sure how they keep sneaking at these wins, but you think at some point there would be a regression to the mean on one score games.

Well, we missed that Black Friday game! Blame it on that Thanksgiving food coma and the three course football plater we were served on Thursday. All we need to know is the Chiefs were lucky to sneak away with another win against the lowly Raiders. This year’s Chiefs squad reminds us of last years Eagles team that started 8-1 and then stumbled to the finish line. Chiefs are still that Red Ferrari that looks nice, but look under the hood and you can see the engine is leaking oil.

Week 12 Record: 8-4-1

For our American friends south of the broader, Happy Thanksgiving! For our friends on both sides of the border, we are thankful for a full slate of Thursday football.

We have two divisional match ups and a battle of rising stars in Green Bay. The Lions will be looking to maul the Bears in Detroit, while the lifeless Giants will be wheeled into Jerry’s world to take on the Cowboys! We think both divisional rival games will be close as neither the Bears or the Giants will want to be embarrassed on national TV.

To round out the day, the red-hot Dolphins will be traveling to Lambeau field to take on Jordan Love and the Packers. Dolphins have reeled off three wins in a year to keep their playoff hopes on life support. If they want any chance of making the dance this year, a win in Green Bay will go a long way. With that said, we’re taking the Packers to cover!
